Returns and Refunds

Natural Nat will offer a full refund or replacement on the purchased goods (Natural Nat  Blends only) if they arrive damaged, are found to be faulty, or incorrect, or have caused an irritation or reaction to your skin. 

Natural Nat will offer a full refund or replacement on the purchased goods (doTERRA essential oils only) if they arrive damaged, are found to be faulty, or are incorrect.

For return on such goods, as outlined above, please email Natural Nat (natural.nat@outlook.com) within 48 hours of receiving your goods. 

If Natural Nat finds the goods to be either faulty, damaged, incorrect, or caused skin irritation or reaction then Natural Nat will process a refund. (For the price of the goods~ excluding the postage fee)

Please note, Natural Nat may require photo evidence of any of the above listed issues and/or for the goods to be returned to Natural Nat before the refund can be processed.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, for the value of the goods minus the postage fee.

Natural Nat is unable to provide a refund or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on any Natural Nat Reiki services.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
