I get it, life gets so busy and in our fast paced world, we can forget to breathe! I mean proper, mindful, deep belly breaths. If trying to keep up with all the things, is creating feelings of overwhelm, stress or anxiety. It’s time to tune into your souls needs.

I am beyond grateful to be able to offer you essential oil blends to use as tools for ritual and self devotion as well as energy healings and distance Reiki to help you feel into a more peaceful, aligned state of being.

Essential oils weaved their way into my life more than 7 years ago, when my son was around six months old. They were so effective, just what this new Mumma needed. Tools that worked to support me on this new journey, to help me nurture myself, be reminded to take a breath and come back to my centre. I remember the feelings they would evoke within me upon smelling each oil for the first time. Feeling calm, grounded or motivated (depending on the oil) in an instant.

This lead to creating blends for myself, family and friends. Followed by selling my blends at various markets.
The more I worked with the oils and tuned into their individual energy and messages, the more my connection grew. I was then able to channel messages for the beautiful recipient whilst blending and know what their soul was yearning for at this moment in time. 

I have come to realise that I am here to help women especially. I am here as a messenger for your soul and as a bridge between worlds. I have been gifted the skills to help you feel lighter, bring more peace and take off that energetic backpack that has been loaded with all that is no longer serving your highest good.

With the addition of Reiki training in 2023 (Levels 1, 2 and 3A) this beautiful healing technique is now infused into all of my blends and now available as a distance healing offering with my own unique energy healing weaved through.
